The highest award that can be gained in each section is the Chief Scout Award.
Beavers – Bronze
Cubs – Silver
Scouts – Gold
Explorers – Platinum
By gaining each Chief Scout Awards shows that the young person has worked hard and got the most out of their Scouting experience.
Each year young people who have achieved their Chief Scouts Award in the previous 12 months are invited to a special ceremony to receive a certificate of congratulations from the Mayor of Tamworth and the County Commissioner for Staffordshire Scouts.
We also recognise other awards gained like Duke of Edinburgh, Scouts of the World, Young leader Awards and Queens Scout Awards.
This years ceremony will take place on Sunday 10th December.
If your child has received their Chief Scout Award in the past 12 months please speak to their section leader to ensure they get their special invite.
